  • •Design innovative programs using digital tools and virtual platforms
  • •Lead the design and delivery of blended learning solutions
  • •Represent CL&D in cross-functional and global projects
  • •Establish metrics to measure learning effectiveness
  • •Use data-driven insights for program refinement
  • •Partner with global CL&D teams for localization of initiatives
  • •Manage relationships with external training providers
  • •Champion a culture of innovation with emerging technologies
  • •Stay updated on industry trends to enhance digital learning
