- •Establish and maintain relationships with Business Unit Leads and mid-level managers
- •Analyze business needs and performance gaps to provide learning solutions
- •Implement the annual L&D Curriculum in alignment with local business needs
- •Train Sales Managers to excel as sales coaches
- •Monitor and report on the performance of sales managers' coaching and selling skills
- •Lead efforts to define desired performance outcomes with stakeholders
- •Identify performance needs and facilitate delivery of learning solutions
- •Monitor and analyze internal trends to recommend learning solutions
- •Stay updated on learning and development tools and practices
- •Translate client learning needs into effective learning strategies
- •Act as a liaison between Learning Support Services and stakeholders
- •Deliver training and support to TSV members as needed
- •Interpret feedback on learning solutions and suggest improvements
- •Report on learning effectiveness through KPIs and communicate suggestions
- •Document customization needs for learning programs
- •Review and recommend actions for interim learning activities
- •Align with stakeholders on Data & Analytics strategy for KPI management
- •Train managers on analytical tools to enhance team performance
- •Support resource allocation training for field team performance
- •Collaborate with Analytics/CRM teams to improve CRM capabilities
- •Work with GMs, BUDs, and sales managers on sales effectiveness solutions
- •Manage the execution and maintenance of the field coaching platform
