Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
- •Minimum 10 years of experience in sales in the pharmaceutical industry
- •Leadership experience
- •Track record of achievement managing sales territory in a highly specialized area of medicine
- •Ability to motivate and lead a Sales team
- •Highly customer focused: from large accounts to physicians, patients, and payors
- •Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written in German and English
- •Influential presentation style with demonstrated ability to uncover and address customer needs
- •Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- •Strong business, analytical and clinical acumen
- •Must have all relevant professional licenses and credentials required for job
- •Ability and willingness to travel as required
- •Ability to attend, understand and participate in international meetings conducted in English
- •Experience in Hematology/Amyloidosis

- •Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team
- •Achieve or exceed sales objectives in the region
- •Coach and motivate Key Account Managers (KAMs) through regular field coaching days
- •Conduct KPI assessments with KAMs to ensure proper program implementation
- •Provide input for local marketing strategies and tactics with the Brand Team
- •Guide KAMs in developing tactical account plans with marketing and educational resources
- •Implement a multi-channel account management approach to build relationships with key customers
- •Provide feedback after customer visits to support business and career development needs
- •Create and maintain relationships with physicians and Key Thought Leaders
- •Deliver high-quality customer service to all clients
- •Facilitate communication and collaboration between KAMs and other field functions
- •Develop and mentor high-potential KAMs
- •Conduct annual performance reviews for territories and regions
- •Provide timely feedback on sales goal attainment and professional development
- •Manage corrective counseling and performance improvement effectively
- •Ensure all activities comply with SOPs, compliance policies, and data protection laws
