Tasks
- Develop annual patient advocacy strategies and goals
- Create and execute patient engagement plans
- Build strategic relationships with patient advocacy organizations
- Maintain partnerships with allied stakeholder organizations
- Design strategies for early engagement in new indications
- Identify and engage with new patient communities
- Design patient-centric processes across the therapeutic lifecycle
- Establish best practices for patient engagement
- Deliver best-in-class patient engagement initiatives
- Support local launch and brand teams
- Identify critical areas for patient input
- Track and communicate key project deliverables
- Provide German advocacy perspectives to international teams
- Contribute to global and international workstreams
- Coordinate PAO engagement in clinical development programs
- Engage PAOs in local Patient Support Programs
- Partner with Patient Medical and local medical teams
- Involve PAOs in data generation and HEOR initiatives
- Support local HTA processes and policy initiatives
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams
- Conduct Patient Advisory Boards and focus groups
- Organize roundtables with patients and caregivers
- Execute strategic disease awareness and education programs
- Develop partnerships for diagnosis and care access
- Lead policy advocacy with cross-functional teams
- Educate internal stakeholders on PAO collaboration standards
- Champion the patient voice at the local level
- Manage and track the PAO sponsorship process
- Coordinate annual disclosure of PAO funding
- Represent the company at PAO events and conferences
- Enhance the internal patient-centric culture
- Create opportunities for internal functions to listen to patients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all internal business units
- Deliver high-quality work products independently
- Ensure compliant collaboration with PAOs in Germany
- Navigate uncharted territory with few established procedures
- Manage multiple projects aligned with local and global priorities
