- •Excellent knowledge of MS Office and modern project management tools
- •Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- •Discreet, loyal, and reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility

- •Professional, confident demeanor and enthusiasm for diverse tasks
- •Willingness to travel occasionally for events or real estate projects
- •Class B driver’s license
- •Proven experience in direct collaboration with C-level executives or board members

- •Absolute discretion and trust for sensitive matters

- •Handle and manage confidential documents and contracts discreetly
