Requirements
- •3+ years in Customer Success, Sales Engineer, Account Management, or similar role
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Experience working with large enterprise customers
- •Experience building and maintaining relationships
- •Knowledge of enterprise Directory services
- •Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration
- •Scripting, development, DevOps highly desirable
- •Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP a plus
- •Installing and supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX platforms
- •Understanding of security concepts and development of security roles
- •Prior experience with CyberArk Software solutions preferred or relevant experience with enterprise applications
- •Fluency in English and Native German or French

- •Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers
- •Understand CyberArk products and their features
- •Collaborate with customers to define success criteria
- •Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess outcomes
- •Monitor customer support tickets to meet SLAs
- •Track product adoption to maintain high retention rates
- •Define success plans for at-risk customers
- •Execute success plans in collaboration with functional teams
- •Work with sales on contract renewals and upsell opportunities
- •Manage complex customer relationships across products and regions
