EMEA Account Executive (GTM Lead)(m/w/x)
Leading go-to-market strategy and closing high-value deals for an AI-native patent intelligence platform. 5+ years in a closing sales role with technical enterprise evaluations required. Extensive travel across EMEA.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a closing role or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to lead technical enterprise sales evaluations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level audiences
- High intellectual horsepower and business acumen
- Deep understanding of the intellectual property industry or ability to rapidly learn
- Creative, competitive, and ambitious mindset
- Relentless drive, urgency, and discipline
- Comfort operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Experience with or knowledge of AI and LLMs
- Experience in an early stage start-up
- Maintain a high frequency of in-person meetings and event participation
Tasks
- Lead and close high-value deals in enterprise, law firm, and corporate IP verticals
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, tailored demos, ROI modeling, and negotiations
- Collaborate with SDRs, Business Development, and Marketing to develop outbound and nurture strategies
- Present to multiple stakeholders within prospect organizations, showcasing Patlytics as a critical solution
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to influence product, sales, and marketing strategies
- Contribute to building and refining the sales playbook, covering outreach strategies, pricing, and positioning
- Maintain frequent in-person meetings and participate in events
