- Valid Certificate of Competence under § 34a GewO
- Relevant experience in the security industry

- Fluency in German and English
- Communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with setting up and implementing SOP
Tasks
- Lead operations during late shifts and events
- Coordinate and execute events and activities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on-site
- Identify and resolve operational or behavioral issues
- Support Front Office and Housekeeping teams
- Handle guest complaints with professional discretion
- Defuse sensitive situations diplomatically
- Liaise with department heads for smooth handovers
- Write comprehensive shift and incident reports
- Conduct regular floor walks and property inspections
- Ensure compliance with fire and safety protocols
- Oversee the protection of hotel premises
- Monitor CCTV and technical alarm systems
- Manage access control for guests and suppliers
- Enforce house rules and noise policies
- Act as first responder during emergencies
- Intervene in conflict situations to support staff
- Document all actions in digital reporting systems
