- •Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team
- •Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous
- •Full understanding of local authority requirements

Tasks
- •Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the club, bars, and event spaces
- •Provide strategic leadership to the Club & Bar Manager and Event Operations Manager
- •Coordinate with the Executive Chef for seamless kitchen and service operations
- •Ensure spaces meet Soho House service standards and operational procedures
- •Drive communication and collaboration across front- and back-of-house teams
- •Deliver warm and memorable experiences to members and guests
- •Engage with members to build relationships and gather insights
- •Elevate food and beverage quality through creativity and attention to detail
- •Manage departmental P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue performance
- •Implement cost-control strategies while maintaining guest satisfaction
- •Identify new revenue opportunities through events and menu innovation
- •Oversee execution of member events and private functions
- •Ensure event operations are efficient and aligned with brand standards
- •Collaborate on special projects with culinary and membership teams
- •Recruit, mentor, and develop food and beverage leaders and staff
- •Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture
- •Ensure consistent training and performance reviews for staff
