- Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base
- Ability to listen, build common ground and influence
- Effectively advance business opportunities and generate revenues
- Revenue management experience
- P&L experience
- Revenue goal-setting abilities
- Top-level sales skills (internally and externally)
- Strong negotiation capabilities for large deals
Tasks
- Lead Test & Learn platform sales in Germany, Switzerland, Austria
- Grow revenue with new clients in key segments
- Develop and execute sales strategy for key prospect accounts
- Build and develop cold pipeline into active deals
- Message benefits of bundling Test & Learn with other products
- Present to senior client audiences and influence large deals
- Partner seamlessly with Data & Services Sales CBL population
- Serve as Mastercard D&S face to senior client stakeholders
- Understand Mastercard Data & Services value propositions
- Execute within and across markets with a thoughtful approach
- Build and monetize senior client relationships with empathy
- Demonstrate strong commercial drive and thought leadership
- Solve problems and think analytically with fact-based reasoning
- Thrive and build robust pipeline with limited lead generation
- Network effectively across relevant stakeholder base
- Listen, build common ground, and influence business opportunities
- Manage revenue and P&L
- Set revenue goals
- Demonstrate top-level sales skills and strong negotiation
