- Additional Arabic language skills
- 12–15+ years progressive commercial leadership experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare
- Experience leading multi country marketing teams
- Proven experience driving strategy and execution across multiple international regions
- Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, reimbursement, regulatory, and clinical workflows
- Demonstrated leadership in digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, and global brand development
- Experience leading complex global launch programs and lifecycle management

- Drive successful global product launches
- Ensure strong product positioning and rapid adoption
- Develop and implement international marketing plans
- Conduct market segmentation, targeting, pricing, and channel strategy
- Create globally aligned, locally adaptable messaging
- Develop promotional tools and digital assets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Inform strategy and investment decisions
- Partner with Regional GMs and country leaders
- Ensure effective and consistent execution
- Engage and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Support market access through health economic tools
- Use value-based messaging
- Lead international training programs
- Initiate early adopter programs
- Accelerate best practice sharing
- Manage marketing budgets
- Contribute to forecasting and demand planning
- Develop long-range strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Represent international markets in global business reviews
- Identify and scale innovative growth strategies
- Strengthen market presence
- Work closely with international leadership and regional sales
- Engage external KOLs, agencies, and strategic partners
