Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field
- MBA strongly preferred

Tasks
- Lead commercial strategy and financial performance across OUS markets
- Define investment governance model and optimize commercial spending
- Manage financial planning cycles and set targets for price realization
- Establish performance dashboards and lead business reviews
- Set and deploy international commercial strategy into country-level P&Ls
- Advise Country Managers on portfolio priorities and channel strategy
- Drive market share growth through insight-led strategies
- Lead COMEX and Demand Planning across OUS markets
- Build standardized S&OE/S&OP processes for data-driven decision-making
- Improve forecast accuracy and ensure demand consensus
- Define pricing corridors and enforce discount controls
- Deliver price realization and gross margin improvement
- Develop OEM strategies to enhance innovation access
- Lead partner selection and integration plans with global teams
- Own NPI business cases and track KPIs
- Ensure flawless commercialization and early revenue capture
- Oversee lifecycle management and guide market access strategies
- Coordinate competitive intelligence and defense initiatives
- Sign off on LBE/IBP inputs and set forecast quality standards
- Run monthly demand reviews and escalate financial risks
- Lead multicultural teams and develop talent across regions
- Influence senior stakeholders and ensure matrixed alignment
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
