Tasks

  • Manage financial planning cycles and set targets for price realization
  • Establish performance dashboards and lead business reviews
  • Set and deploy international commercial strategy into country-level P&Ls
  • Advise Country Managers on portfolio priorities and channel strategy
  • Drive market share growth through insight-led strategies
  • Lead COMEX and Demand Planning across OUS markets
  • Build standardized S&OE/S&OP processes for data-driven decision-making
  • Improve forecast accuracy and ensure demand consensus
  • Define pricing corridors and enforce discount controls
  • Deliver price realization and gross margin improvement
  • Develop OEM strategies to enhance innovation access
  • Lead partner selection and integration plans with global teams
  • Own NPI business cases and track KPIs
  • Ensure flawless commercialization and early revenue capture
  • Oversee lifecycle management and guide market access strategies
  • Coordinate competitive intelligence and defense initiatives
  • Sign off on LBE/IBP inputs and set forecast quality standards
  • Run monthly demand reviews and escalate financial risks
