- •Define investment governance model and optimize commercial spending
- •Manage financial planning cycles and set targets for price realization
- •Establish performance dashboards and lead business reviews
- •Set and deploy international commercial strategy into country-level P&Ls
- •Advise Country Managers on portfolio priorities and channel strategy
- •Drive market share growth through insight-led strategies
- •Lead COMEX and Demand Planning across OUS markets
- •Build standardized S&OE/S&OP processes for data-driven decision-making
- •Improve forecast accuracy and ensure demand consensus
- •Define pricing corridors and enforce discount controls
- •Deliver price realization and gross margin improvement
- •Develop OEM strategies to enhance innovation access
- •Lead partner selection and integration plans with global teams
- •Own NPI business cases and track KPIs
- •Ensure flawless commercialization and early revenue capture
