Requirements

  • •10+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • •Proven success as a strategic HR partner
  • •Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence
  • •Deep knowledge of German labor law and works council engagement
