Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Proven success as a strategic HR partner
  • Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence
  • Deep knowledge of German labor law and works council engagement
  • Strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills
  • Experience operating across multiple countries and cultures
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated change leadership capability
  • Experience leveraging HR systems and tools
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for the DACH region
  • Align HR agenda with European and global business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to enhance performance and organizational capability
  • Provide strategic counsel during periods of growth and change
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making
  • Reinforce desired leadership culture and ways of working
  • Drive talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts
  • Support succession planning and leadership development
  • Own staffing plans and ensure recruiting pipeline quality
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Participate in hiring decisions for critical and leadership roles
  • Lead annual performance management processes
  • Manage salary and bonus cycles according to regional frameworks
  • Coach managers on performance planning and career development
  • Ensure consistent deployment of HR systems and policies
  • Implement HR initiatives and manage local change effectively
  • Contribute to European and global HR projects
  • Develop and execute the annual HR Business Plan
  • Support HR administration management for compliance and efficiency
