  • Manage a high-scale book of business
  • Balance high-impact 1:1 engagement with scalable success programs
  • Develop and execute outcome-based success plans
  • Align SAP Signavio capabilities with customer business goals
  • Drive measurable adoption and value realization
  • Ensure predictable renewals
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for your portfolio
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Act as the internal authority on customer needs
  • Deploy data-driven strategies to identify churn signals
  • Proactively dismantle technical and organizational barriers
  • Distill field insights into feedback for Product and Strategy teams
  • Shape the future product roadmap
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities
  • Cultivate customer advocates to secure references and success stories
