  • Balance high-impact engagement with scalable programs
  • Develop and execute outcome-based success plans
  • Align SAP Signavio capabilities with customer goals
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Act as the internal authority on customer needs
  • Deploy data-driven strategies to identify churn signals
  • Dismantle technical and organizational barriers to success
  • Distill field insights into actionable product feedback
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities
  • Cultivate customer advocates for references and stories
