- •Conduct quality calibrations for consistent service
- •Handle complex escalations and sensitive cases
- •Collaborate with Legal, Science, and Corporate Communications
- •Integrate new tools and AI-driven technologies
- •Optimize service processes through social media channels
- •Partner with business teams to update knowledge
- •Provide detailed reports and meaningful consumer insights
- •Develop 360-degree Voice of the Consumer reporting
- •Drive internal awareness initiatives for consumer care
