Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role
- Bilingual in German and English (German fluent, English minimum B2)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with CX software, Google Suite, and Zendesk
- Ability to take initiative in fast-paced environments
- Fast learner and independent problem solver
- Experience working at a startup (bonus)
Tasks
- Communicate with patients and doctors
- Manage consultation flows via the platform
- Onboard new patients
- Proactively resolve patient tickets
- Make outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with pharmacy, nurses, and prescribers
- Ensure timely delivery of patient orders
- Gather and share patient feedback
- Escalate issues and fix bugs
- Support process documentation development and maintenance
- Manage the Facebook community, including member approval and posts
- Adapt to changing needs by taking on new responsibilities
