Requirements
- •At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role
- •Bilingual in German and English (German fluent, English minimum B2)
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Empathy, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills
- •Experience with CX software, Google Suite, and Zendesk
- •Ability to take initiative in fast-paced environments
- •Fast learner and independent problem solver
- •Experience working at a startup (bonus)

- •Manage consultation flows via the platform
- •Onboard new patients
- •Proactively resolve patient tickets
- •Make outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction
- •Collaborate with pharmacy, nurses, and prescribers
- •Ensure timely delivery of patient orders
- •Gather and share patient feedback
- •Escalate issues and fix bugs
- •Support process documentation development and maintenance
- •Manage the Facebook community, including member approval and posts
- •Adapt to changing needs by taking on new responsibilities
