Requirements
- Bi-lingual in German and English
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing role
- German fluent, English minimum B2
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy, reliability, caring, strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled with computers or experience with CX software
- Drawn to fast-paced working environments
- Fast learner and independent problem solver
- Experience at a start-up is a plus
Tasks
- Onboard new patients
- Proactively resolve patient tickets
- Make outbound calls to patients
- Collaborate with pharmacy, nurses, and prescribers
- Ensure timely delivery of patient orders
- Gather and share patient sentiment
- Escalate issues and fix bugs
- Support process documentation maintenance
- Manage the Facebook community
- Approve community members and post weekly updates
- Adapt to changing needs and take on new responsibilities
