Customer Success Manager(m/w/x)
Post-deal coordination for B2B battery marketplace transactions, managing buyer/supplier relationships. SaaS/digital marketplace customer success experience required. Remote-first culture, 28 holiday days.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or User Engagement in SaaS/digital marketplace
- Proven track record of reducing churn or reactivating dormant users
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs
- Comfortable running user interviews and translating insights to product feedback
- Strong ability to create clear, engaging content for support scaling
- Highly structured, proactive, and data-informed prioritization
- Experience in energy, cleantech, mobility, or industrial B2B marketplaces
- Familiarity with battery lifecycles, second-life applications, or EV supply chains
- Experience working with product/analytics on instrumentation and user data
- Knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline/engagement tracking
Tasks
- Take ownership of deals after commercial agreement
- Act as main point of contact for buyers and suppliers
- Coordinate transaction steps (documentation, logistics, internal alignment)
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers
- Ensure timely transaction completion
- Engage with users in stalled negotiations and transactions
- Identify high-intent users and flag to Sales
- Facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers
- Support interactions without taking commercial ownership
- Ensure all required information and documents are complete
- Align closely with Sales Operations and Finance
- Track progress and ensure smooth handovers
- Guide customers through final steps to first transaction
- Re-engage users linked to active deal opportunities
- Lead proactive outreach to understand user blockers
- Guide users to platform features (e.g., 1st-life battery supply)
- Build self-service infrastructure for scalable support
- Run structured user research with product and analytics teams
- Feed buyer and seller insights into platform development
- Handle technical onboarding and listing creation
- Support sales in key account management and deal execution

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
