  • 2+ years Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation experience with senior B2B clients

  • Experience with technical products and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and willingness to step outside comfort zone
  • Fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • Lead relationship management and retention efforts
