Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management
- Experience in online marketing and performance indicators
- Revenue responsibility for assigned accounts
- Hands-on mindset and analytical thinking
- Consulting, sales expertise, and digital marketing upselling
- Excellent customer communication and presentation preparation
- Team leadership or junior mentoring experience (Advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills
- Operational and strategic effectiveness in fast-paced environments
- Excellent business judgement and practical approach
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian (Advantageous)
Tasks
- Identify opportunities and observe market trends
- Develop strategies and derive actionable measures
- Provide strategic management and advice to customers
- Support global brands in finding specific solutions
- Manage projects and oversee budgets
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
- Own and nurture customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor for all stakeholders
- Track all essential project tasks
- Improve process efficiency and resource utilization
