Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management
  • Experience in online marketing and understanding of online KPIs
  • Revenue responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Hands-on mindset and analytical thinking
  • Strong consulting and sales expertise, pleasure in upselling digital marketing services
  • Excellent customer communication and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills: decisive, action-oriented, motivating, inspiring, leading
  • Ability to operate in operational and strategic modes in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of common CRM Systems
  • Excellent business judgment, strong English communication (C1)
  • Additional languages are an advantage (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus, but not mandatory
