- Equivalent technical work experience

- Advise customers on best practices and operational strategies
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure deployment health
- Deliver solutions to critical customer challenges
- Accelerate time-to-value for customers
- Guide customers to achieve business goals
- Conduct comprehensive customer business reviews
- Analyze technical health and operational performance
- Translate insights into value-based outcomes
- Partner with technical and business leaders
- Align on objectives and champion mutual success plans
- Drive customer maturity and lifetime value
- Manage a portfolio of customers at various stages
- Create and execute strategies to maximize value realization
- Track and report progress against key business outcomes
- Forecast revenue retention and realization
- Identify new opportunities to expand customer impact
- Collaborate with presales teams to support growth
- Maintain accurate customer insights in internal systems
- Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows
- Improve productivity and optimize customer success outcomes
- Amplify customer voice within MongoDB
- Inform MongoDB’s product roadmap with customer insights
- Coordinate across Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Training teams
- Drive customer health, satisfaction, and value realization
- Connect customers with internal resources
- Engage Executive Sponsors
- Contribute learnings to strengthen team success
