- Prioritize and qualify sales opportunities
- Generate sales pipeline through technical discovery
- Conduct MongoDB demos and proofs of value
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations
- Perform sizing and documentation for projects
- Proactively generate demand in sales territory
- Participate in industry trade shows
- Engage in account-based marketing events
- Foster strong customer relationships
- Build customer champions
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Innovate and improve MongoDB solutions
- Relay field feedback to product team
- Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members
- Stay updated on MongoDB product suite
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Follow industry trends
