- Manage diverse Enterprise portfolios
- Create and execute value realization strategies
- Track progress against business outcomes
- Provide informed forecasts
- Identify new customer impact opportunities
- Collaborate with presales teams
- Maintain accurate internal systems
- Enhance customer engagement with AI
- Amplify customer voice within MongoDB
- Influence product roadmap
- Coordinate across departments
- Connect customers with internal resources
- Engage Executive Sponsors
- Contribute to best practices
- Support team growth
- Interview and ramp new hires
- Coach peers for development
