- English and German language fluency
- Relevant CSM experience in SaaS organization
- Track record of success building relationships with strategic customers (10,000+ employees) at executive level
- Ability to ask right questions to understand underlying needs and work with sales, product, and services leadership
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience in enterprise level customer-facing work
- Extreme organization and ability to balance multiple customers
- Proven project management track record
- Enjoyment of learning new things and excitement for new spaces
- Excitement to join a startup and take responsibility for building a function from the ground up
Tasks
- Own customer relationships for largest accounts
- Help customers navigate climate initiatives
- Guide customers on Watershed's offerings
- Support customers in achieving their goals
- Understand customer businesses deeply
- Leverage Watershed teams to support customers
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience
- Build trust with key stakeholders and executives
- Onboard customers onto the dashboard
- Equip customers to gather carbon footprint data
- Help customers set climate plans
- Assist customers in achieving climate plans
- Act as the voice of the customer
- Provide internal feedback for customer service improvement
- Help customers understand Watershed's value
- Influence product development based on customer needs
- Educate customers on the climate space
- Help customers hit climate journey milestones
