- Become an expert on the Plan A platform
- Leverage deep product and carbon accounting knowledge
- Resolve partner pain points
- Identify opportunities for future product development
- Guide customers on sustainability and carbon accounting strategy
- Leverage subject-matter experts
- Work with technical teams to ensure client feedback is heard
- Shape the future of the product pipeline
- Own the end-to-end commercial relationship from signature to renewal
- Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations
- Design operational strategy
- Drive execution of operational strategy
- Scale processes and systems for rapid growth
- Collaborate with sales and product teams
- Define new opportunities within customer processes
