Requirements
- 5+ years experience in customer-centric roles

- Aptitude and curiosity for technical concepts
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset and process building skills
- Teamwork and passion for collaboration
- Prior exposure to database and cloud technology
- Bilingual English and German
Tasks
- Advise customers on technology strategy and best practices
- Run enablement sessions independently or with internal teams
- Optimize customer technical environments and product spend
- Recommend product features to accelerate time to value
- Collect customer feedback to inform product and leadership
- Collaborate with product engineering to develop innovative solutions
- Resolve critical customer issues and business-impacting outages
- Execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
- Lead executive business reviews with C-suite leaders
- Develop internal best practices and program enablement
- Document customer interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce
- Analyze account health signals to adjust engagement strategies
- Manage relationships and performance reporting with sales leadership
- Forecast expected churn and growth for senior leadership
- Interview and onboard new team members
- Lead peer enablement sessions and product certifications
