Tasks

  • Own customer outcomes end-to-end
  • Drive next steps and remove blockers
  • Ensure customers achieve tangible platform results
  • Guide decision making as a trusted advisor
  • Challenge operational and strategic stakeholders constructively
  • Identify value creation potential across departments
  • Uncover new use cases and stakeholders
  • Quantify value and develop business cases
  • Align expansion initiatives with ROI
  • Partner with Account Executives on upsells
  • Orchestrate the full customer lifecycle
  • Conduct structured onboarding and account planning
  • Lead executive business reviews and renewals
  • Build champions and multithread across departments
  • Align decision makers for strategic partnerships
  • Connect customer goals to internal actions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support
  • Develop reference customers and case studies
  • Translate requirements into scalable frontline training
