Customer Success Manager (Mid-level or Senior)(m/w/x)
Strategic client advisory for an incentive marketing platform, upselling digital marketing services. Online marketing experience with deep KPI understanding and revenue responsibility required. 30 days vacation, plus 2 months/year remote work from EU.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management
- Experience in online marketing and deep understanding of online KPIs
- Revenue responsibility for assigned accounts
- Hands-on mindset and analytical thinking
- Strong consulting and sales expertise, pleasure in upselling digital marketing services
- Excellent customer communication and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: decisive, action-oriented, motivational, leadership
- Ability to operate in operational and strategic modes in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of common CRM Systems
- Excellent business judgement, strong English communication skills (C1 mandatory)
- Additional languages an advantage (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- SaaS company experience (plus, not mandatory)
Tasks
- Own customer relationships
- Continuously work on opportunities
- Observe market developments and trends
- Develop strategies and derive measures
- Strategically manage and advise customers
- Support global brands in finding customer-specific solutions
- Manage projects and budgets
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Advise customers, internal contacts, and external service providers
- Track essential project tasks
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and resource use
