Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in Ad Tech preferred
- Understanding of programmatic advertising required
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to learn quickly
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Experience in Salesforce, Gainsight is a plus
- Fluent English and German language skills
Tasks
- Understand the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Build knowledge of IAS products and processes.
- Oversee client health, onboarding, and renewals.
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients.
- Provide timely problem resolution and escalations.
- Prepare regular reports and analyze client activity.
- Develop trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of IAS solutions.
- Assist with customer requests and escalations.
- Identify at-risk scenarios and enact solutions.
- Drive upsell opportunities with the Sales team.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients.
- Track customer engagements in internal systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Onboard new customers effectively.
- Communicate product enhancements to clients.
- Share industry knowledge with team members.
