  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing or Automotive value chains, processes, and digitalization challenges
  • Proven success in driving business growth and customer acquisition in complex B2B environments
  • Ability to connect technology with business impact
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Networking, self-starter, and challenger traits
  • Strong network in the German Automotive and Manufacturing industries
