  • Partner with technical and business leaders
  • Align on objectives and champion mutual success plans
  • Drive customer maturity and lifetime value
  • Manage a portfolio of customers at various stages
  • Create and execute strategies for value realization
  • Track and report progress against key outcomes
  • Forecast revenue retention and realization
  • Identify new opportunities to expand customer impact
  • Collaborate with presales teams to support growth
  • Maintain accurate customer insights in internal systems
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows
  • Amplify customer voice within MongoDB
