Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role
  • Motivation to help partners succeed
  • Native or near-native English and professional German (C1+)
  • Ability to translate technical topics into business value
  • Analytical, resilient, and focused approach
  • Confidence in communicating with senior decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics (plus)

2 - 5 years

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of whitelabel partner accounts
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure partner KPIs and success metrics are met
  • Proactively manage account risks, renewals, and retention
  • Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Lead strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Define technical solutions and support partner onboarding
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and support teams
  • Track product adoption and value realization through data
  • Master each partner's business model and integration setup
