- Lead client touchpoints and executive reviews.
- Define, implement, and evolve SLA frameworks.
- Manage service contract budgets.
- Proactively identify and manage service delivery events.
- Shape success plans and strategic roadmaps.
- Propose and present service evolutions and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Sales on upsell and renewal strategies.
- Map and engage customer stakeholders.
- Evangelize Vusion's product capabilities.
- Capture customer success stories and references.
- Drive structured onboarding experiences.
- Institutionalize health monitoring practices.
- Lead offboarding processes.
