Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients, preferably at director level
  • Ability to understand high-level technical aspects of products, provide business and technical solutions to help customers optimize use of solutions
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
  • Completion of comprehensive criminal background check, verification of education, and verification of employment

Tasks

  • Manage assigned customer accounts daily
  • Collaborate with sales, services, and support teams
  • Champion customer-centric solutions and outcomes
  • Advocate for assigned customers and their needs
  • Develop methods to communicate best practices
  • Identify and address at-risk accounts
  • Proactively reach out to anticipate customer needs
  • Strengthen customer engagement before issues arise
  • Coordinate resources for successful project execution
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Monitor and report on customer health
  • Proactively manage and grow customer relationships
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders
  • Support customer renewals during the Customer Journey
  • Drive expansions with sales teams
  • Review and escalate client requests as needed
  • Schedule and conduct regular customer reviews
  • Prepare customers for advocacy
  • Communicate updates and announcements to customers
  • Organize and promote customer events
