- •Process complex invoicing using Salesforce and D365
- •Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers and internal partners
- •Communicate proactively to build trust and deliver excellent service
- •Clarify open questions and resolve issues with customers
- •Own market KPIs and dashboards, ensuring SLAs are met
- •Prioritize and distribute cases to maintain execution speed
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks
- •Identify recurring service issues through market data analysis
- •Perform root-cause reviews to suggest process improvements
- •Diagnose and document solutions for out-of-process cases
- •Codify learnings as best practices for team growth
