- Identify trends and business interrelationships
- Optimize cost-effectiveness and customer centricity
- Own and evolve global Fraud and Compensation policy
- Resolve complex, sensitive policy gaps
- Ensure global consistency and long-term scalability
- Mentor and peer-coach the GCX team
