- Experience collaborating with Product and UX teams
- Experience partnering with Creative teams
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Proficiency with data tools

- Confidence extracting customer-insights

Tasks
- Shape global CRM engagement and conversion strategies
- Lead as the global expert in prospect lifecycle marketing
- Define and own end-to-end CRM strategy for leads and prospects
- Develop and scale data-driven segmentation and personalization
- Create and manage global acquisition and nurture roadmaps
- Evolving mobile channel strategy (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app)
- Stay ahead of platform developments and define best practices
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams for campaign development
- Integrate generative AI for high-quality, consistent messaging
- Track and optimize key CRM performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, opt-in/opt-out, pipeline impact, ROI)
- Design and lead A/B and multivariate testing programs
- Present strategy and performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure cross-market alignment and execution excellence
- Collaborate with Analytics, CRM Operations, Product, Pricing, and Brand teams
