  • Experience with Braze
  • Strong working knowledge of Braze
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization
  • Familiarity with predictive tooling
  • Data-literate
  • Commercially sharp
  • Distinguish vanity metric from retention signal
  • Build reporting accordingly
  • Comfortable working in collaborative team structure
  • Influence matters as much as authority
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills
