- Fluency in English

- Shape and drive retention agenda
- Onboard new users

- Reactivate lapsed or dormant users
- Collaborate with VP Marketing
- Translate CRM vision into execution
- Lead CRM team (2-3 people)
- Ensure touchpoints deepen user relationships
- Drive MILES CRM strategy
- Align with commercial growth targets
- Own retention KPIs
- Monitor churn rate
- Monitor reactivation rate
- Monitor incremental trip volume
- Enhance CRM from multi-channel to omni-channel
- Transition from broad segments to behavioral micro-audiences
- Develop engaging user experiences
- Integrate AI and predictive logic
- Implement Next Best Action
- Predict churn
- Determine individual behavior windows
- Champion measurement discipline
- Establish global holdout group
- Shift reporting to incremental revenue attribution
