Requirements
- •Active TOP SECRET/SCI Clearance
- •BA/BS + 5 years, AA/AS + 7 years, major cert + 9 years, or 11 years of specialized Operations experience
- •Ability to perform duties at alternate locations
- •Extensive experience with GCCS-J, Joint C2 systems, Agile Client, COP management
- •Strong communication skills
- •Knowledge of Joint Operational Planning and staff processes
- •Prior experience working in Europe, at EUCOM, or one of its Service Components in the JOC

- •Manage the Common Operational Picture (COP) and GCCS-J systems
- •Coordinate and fuse live track data from various DoD sensors and agencies
- •Ensure compliance with EUCOM JOC Standard Operating Procedures
- •Maintain effective Command & Control operations
- •Collaborate with external commands and agencies for situational awareness
- •Coordinate daily with internal teams including the Chief of Operations and JOC Chief
- •Contribute to EUCOM Commander’s Critical Information Requirements
- •Prioritize display of potential and emerging threats
- •Troubleshoot technical and operational issues with COP and GCCS-J
- •Support incoming Data Link transmissions
