- Relevant commercial or technical degree or equivalent experience
- Comfort with IT systems
- Salesforce knowledge (plus)
- SAP ECC knowledge (advantage)

Tasks
- Serve as the first contact for European consumers
- Handle inquiries and claims via Salesforce
- Investigate consumer issues
- Resolve consumer complaints effectively

- Collaborate with teams and work independently
- Support continuous improvement
- Share insights to enhance consumer experience
