Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in customer service, internal sales, sales operations, or order management
  • Very good understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Experience in operational coordination of sales promotions, campaigns, or promotions
  • Experience with EDI interfaces and automated ordering processes advantageous
  • Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and billing processes
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • Good SAP and MS Office skills
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach
  • High service orientation and strong communication skills

Tasks

  • Coordinate and manage campaigns throughout the order-to-cash process
  • Process orders, returns, and credits in SAP
  • Monitor and follow up on campaign orders for delivery dates, quantities, and service levels
  • Handle customer inquiries about products, deliveries, claims, and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics, finance, and external service providers
  • Review and process billing statements and resolve customer accounts
  • Maintain and monitor customer master, pricing, and EDI data
  • Support key account managers and field staff in daily operations
  • Contribute to process and system optimization
