- •Drive utilization and adoption of MyDASH
- •Share best practices and execute mitigation activities
- •Facilitate activities with regional and area stakeholders
- •Support and maintain area-specific tools
- •Align tools with global standardized support systems
- •Monitor and follow up on business levers
- •Optimize asset management across regions
- •Support commercial processes to ensure strategic alignment
- •Execute monthly IBP commercial management processes
- •Provide transparency for acquisition and opportunity plans
- •Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, and service teams
- •Assist in product management and commercial enablement
- •Manage customer conversion and demand activities
- •Report on monthly business and market dynamics
- •Identify opportunities and vulnerabilities to mitigate risks
- •Communicate key decisions and action items
- •Coordinate improvement plans with relevant stakeholders
- •Monitor metrics to ensure flawless execution
- •Apply Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement processes
