  • Optimize structure expense and build blue plans
  • Outline incremental business opportunities
  • Report rationale for target variances and deviations
  • Provide insights into specific risks and opportunities
  • Monitor sales report accuracy and distribution
  • Provide KPI data for bonus calculations
  • Build models to improve commercial processes
  • Maximize operational efficiencies and profitability
  • Coordinate and support regional Economic Profitability initiatives
  • Address team queries regarding Economic Profitability
  • Monitor Economic Profitability progress and development
  • Identify and implement profitability improvement opportunities
  • Support monthly Integrated Business Planning reviews
  • Analyze data and follow up on information
  • Ensure compliance with Integrated Business Planning requirements
  • Improve Integrated Business Planning metric trends
  • Develop sustainable improvements for problematic areas
  • Align with Marketing on product launch strategies
  • Analyze monthly sales information for account optimization
  • Determine key KPIs to identify issues quickly
  • Lead productivity workshops and facilitate action plans
  • Monitor the execution of improvement plans
  • Lead bonus design and incentive plan reviews
