  • Challenge and optimize existing PowerBI sales reporting
  • Optimize forecasting and key account planning
  • Reduce sales administrative workload through process improvements
  • Optimize tools to increase sales team efficiency
  • Simplify internal and customer-facing pricing and discount models
  • Refine customer and sales hierarchies to simplify reporting
  • Support growth initiatives for DEWALT and STANLEY brands
  • Drive customer-focused process transformation and innovation
  • Promote a culture of reliability, accountability, and commitment
  • Support the monthly S&OP cycle and weekly billing calls
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify sales pain points
  • Eliminate operational blocks to increase customer-facing time
  • Streamline cross-functional workflows and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement to accelerate sales performance
