- Bridge data analytics and sales as a strategic interface
- Translate reporting insights into actionable sales recommendations
- Define, track, and implement actions to enhance sales performance
- Lead major projects as a process and data expert
- Manage master data, pricing structures, and SAP interfaces
- Improve and automate external customer reporting
- Develop the team into business partners and value creators
- Identify and unlock sales potential through data analytics
- Challenge and optimize existing PowerBI sales reporting
- Optimize forecasting and key account planning
- Reduce sales administrative workload through process improvements
- Optimize tools to increase sales team efficiency
- Simplify internal and customer-facing pricing and discount models
- Refine customer and sales hierarchies to simplify reporting
- Support growth initiatives for DEWALT and STANLEY brands
- Drive customer-focused process transformation and innovation
- Promote a culture of reliability, accountability, and commitment
- Support the monthly S&OP cycle and weekly billing calls
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify sales pain points
- Eliminate operational blocks to increase customer-facing time
- Streamline cross-functional workflows and processes
- Drive continuous improvement to accelerate sales performance
