Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years in key account management, commercial roles, or B2B sales, ideally in aviation, fuel, energy, or logistics
  • Proven track record managing major accounts with complex contract structures and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Strong grasp of pricing, margin analysis, and commercial P&L drivers
  • Commercial sharpness, high organization, and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and working with commercial data
  • Self-starter thriving in international, fast-moving environment
  • Fluent German and English (mandatory); additional European language is a plus
  • Based in Hamburg, with willingness to travel regularly across Europe
  • Valid international driver's license

Tasks

  • Manage major airline and oil company accounts
  • Develop and execute growth-focused account plans
  • Lead contract renewals and price negotiations
  • Prepare commercial proposals and contract amendments
  • Drive price realization and margin improvement
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track contract milestones and renewal timelines
  • Gather and share customer feedback and market trends
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and profitability analysis
  • Collaborate with Pricing & Commercial Strategy teams
  • Maintain accurate account records and CRM data
  • Present regular performance reviews to senior leadership
