- •Serve as the main account lead for large named accounts
- •Understand clients' business and IT challenges
- •Drive value for clients while maximizing revenue
- •Build growth opportunities through account planning
- •Manage planning process with scheduled reviews
- •Collaborate with external partners for solution sales
- •Spend significant time directly with customers
- •Interface with all levels of customer organizations
- •Develop business plans with customers
- •Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify opportunities
- •Maintain high customer loyalty and build trust
- •Achieve and manage quarterly and annual quotas
- •Enter and update opportunities in the pipeline tool weekly
