- •Knowledge of the Telco market and digital transformation journey
- •Account experience in the Communication Providers’ segment
- •Experience with System Integrators, Solution Consulting Companies and Network Equipment Providers
- •Partner engagement experience
- •Cultural awareness and sensitivity in multiple geographies
- •Demonstrated achievement of higher quota diversity of business customers
- •Consultative solution selling and business development skills
- •Leadership and initiative in driving sales
- •Project management skills
- •Passion to win and growth mindset
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Business proficiency in German and English

Tasks
- •Manage and develop HPE Telco Solution business at major accounts in Germany and Austria
- •Focus on Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, and Telefonica
- •Sell Telco software and solutions for reliable service operation in hybrid and virtualized environments
- •Build a broad network of industry relationships in targeted accounts and countries
- •Capture sales opportunities to increase market share according to HPE's strategy
- •Set directions for business development and solution replication
- •Create and grow reference customers
- •Collaborate with HPE account management, presales, and delivery teams
- •Work with a virtual team to orchestrate and sell complex customer solutions
- •Establish a consultative relationship with clients, including C-level executives
- •Deliver on assigned quota metrics and exceed set quotas with quarterly KPIs
