Networking Telco Solutions Sales Specialist(m/w/x)
Selling HPE Telco software and solutions for Subscriber Data Management and Telco Automation to major accounts like Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefonica. Account experience in the Communication Providers’ segment with System Integrators and Network Equipment Providers required. Company car, plus bike and car leasing options.
Requirements
- University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Telco market and digital transformation journey
- Account experience in the Communication Providers’ segment
- Experience with System Integrators, Solution Consulting Companies, and Network Equipment Providers
- Partner engagement experience
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in multiple geographies
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer
- Consultative solution selling and business development skills
- Leadership and initiative in driving sales
- Project management skills
- Passion to win and growth mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business proficiency in German and English
- Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Assertiveness, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Empathy, Financial Acumen
Tasks
- Manage and develop HPE Telco Solution business at major accounts in Germany and Austria
- Focus on Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, and Telefonica with emphasis on Subscriber Data Management and Telco Automation
- Sell Telco software and solutions for reliable service operation in hybrid and virtualized environments
- Build a broad network of industry relationships in targeted accounts and countries
- Capture sales opportunities to increase market share in line with HPE's strategy
- Set directions for business development and solution replication
- Create and grow reference customers
- Collaborate with HPE account management, presales, and delivery teams
- Work with a virtual team to orchestrate and sell complex customer solutions
- Establish consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives
- Deliver on assigned quota metrics and exceed set quotas with quarterly KPIs
